White Males Hit Hardest: Discrimination working

White males, targetted for their race and gender, are being destroyed, according to the social justice paradigm.

ATLANTA -- A major shift in the ranks of the Georgia unemployed with white males suffering the biggest job cuts, dispelling conventional thought that in bad economic times, minorities take the biggest hit.

It's changing the thinking at the State Labor Department on how it plans to prepare workers for the future.

Since the economic meltdown in December 2007, construction and manufacturing jobs in Georgia have taken a nosedive.

It's cranked up the unemployment ranks of white male workers by more than 210 percent, leading the unemployment rolls.

The turnaround means a refocus on State labor training programs and career priorities.

"Hopefully within 30 days you will see a significant change in terms of how we serve and our understanding of who we are serving. We will have more sensitivity in terms of men who are unemployed, what their needs are," said Michael Thurmond, Georgia Labor Commissioner. "Health care and education are traditionally female dominated professions and clearly there have to be some assistance and support for men going into these fields."

And losing a job can be devastating.

"A number of bad things happen when a man loses a job. Many of these things set up people to get depressed and anxious. Something's they drink too much," said Emory assistant psychiatry professor Dr. Charles Raison. "The practical aspect is your family is depending on your money. You've got a lot of real world concerns that are going to keep you up at night and keep you stressed out."

But Raison says out of work males should immediately start redirecting their lives.

"Break things down into daily activities. Today I am going to do x, y & z -- and tomorrow I plan to do the same thing," he said. "You must manageable goals and you try to meet those goals every day. It's really important for people out of work to look around and see the other good things in their lives and really notice -- a loving wife, children that are doing well."

As unemployment continues to swell-out of work male workers must think unconventional careers and keep a positive attitude.

There is no discrimantion whatsoever intimated, implied, or even remotely suggested in the article .. because they aren't that dumb. The dynamics that I've asked you would automatically come to people with brains.

Democrats are the party of white guilt. The white leadership panders to minorities and takes anti-white positions in an attempt to endear themselves to their minority constituents. I doubt minorities really like Reich, but you know they love hearing him say to deny whitey a job with government money.

In other words, neither you or your buttboy can answer simple, easily discernable questions about your false premise .. neither of you dummies can demonstrate the slightest discrimantion anywhere in the decline of white male workers .. and your dumb ass used an article to support your knucklehead notion that actually refutes it and rather talks about men, all men, being in jobs that are declining in the US.

I can point to HR directives to diversify the workforce, in business, government and education.

Diversifying the workforce = kill whitey.
