Durham falls on his face again as jury acquits Danschecko of remaining counts.

If you really had any proof, shouldn't you be flying from Thailand to the USA to present it in court? Why are you wasting everyone's time by posting the claims here?

You do make me laugh Salty, don't ever change!!

FBI offered Steele $1 million for proof of dossier claims, but he had none

The FBI offered British ex-spy Christopher Steele an “incentive” of up to $1 million if he could prove the allegations in his since-discredited anti-Trump dossier, but the former MI6 agent was unable to back up his claims, according to new court testimony.

The bombshell revelation came Tuesday during special counsel John Durham’s false statements trial against Steele’s main dossier source, Russian-born lawyer Igor Danchenko, who has been charged with repeatedly lying to the bureau about his sourcing for information he provided for the dossier in 2016. Danchenko has pleaded not guilty.

FBI supervisory intelligence analyst Brian Auten, who interviewed Danchenko in January 2017 as part of the bureau’s Crossfire Hurricane team, was also among the FBI employees who interviewed Steele in early October 2016 in Rome as the FBI sought more details on the dossier. Auten revealed the lucrative reward the bureau had dangled.

The FBI knew as early as January 2017 that the info contained in the “Steele Dossier,” by former FBI informant and MI6 spy Christopher Steele, was mostly junk. Yet despite that they kept on using it for FISA renewals.

Total bullshit.

Is that the same IG who didn't sound the alarm when the Secret Service agents wiped their phones when asked to turn them in? It's ok.. I don't need to read it. I also know there was other evidence presented to the FISA judge - not just the Steele Dossier. So..

You're full of shit.

Lol, afraid of the big words!

Oh well you had a moment of clarity and vision regarding environmentalism, but it's now back to business as usual, sad.

Gee.. so sorry to have disappointed you, twumptard. When you experience your first "moment of clarity" please let us all know.

Yeah, yeah, yeah, only problem, neither you, nor Durham, can prove any of that, pure talk radio/Fox bullshit, and you swallowed it

Arsecheese even CNN admits that Steele was offered 1 million dollars to prove the allegations in his fake dossier, no surprise that he declined to take up the offer.

[IF DANSCHENKO DID NOT LIE TO THE FBI, THEN THE FBI KNOWINGLY LIED TO THE FISA COURT, TO ILLEGALLY SPY ON POLITCAL OPPONENTS, AND THEN A SITTING POTUS.

THIS AFTER OFFERING STEELE $ 1 MILLION TO BACKUP WHAT THEY ALREADY KNEW WERE LIES.

SPEAKING OF "INSURRECTION"...
[/B]

Danshenko spoke to the FBI from 2017-2011. The FISA court applications were in 2016.
Time only goes one way. Lying about something seems to be OK if you are a Trumper but a crime if you aren't.

They used it as part of 2 applications for Carter Page and it was not the entire evidence used. The court found that those 2 warrants were invalid and all evidence collected under those warrants was ordered to be quarantined.

We will just have to conclude there never was any grandiose Deep State conspiracy against Trump, and conservatives on this board were just lying their flabby asses off about it.

The funny part of it is, Durham argued in court that the FBI was lied to and fell for the lies. He is arguing there was no deep state conspiracy at all since all the lies came from outside the government and were believed by incompetent and credulous FBI agents.

The case failed because it was a D.C. jury.

It was held in D.C. because D.C. had jurisdiction.

It was held in D.C. because D.C. had jurisdiction.

The case failed because it was complete bullshit. The judge didn't even let the jury hear one of the charges because Durham was attempting to claim something that all witnesses agreed was true was a lie.

These are the judge's words -
prosecution for a false statement under Section 1001 cannot be based on a literally true statement even if that response is nonresponsive or misleading.

Special Agent Helson confirmed in his testimony that he never explained to the defendant what he meant by “talked,” nor did he follow up with the defendant about what the defendant meant by his answer that he had talked about related issues with Dolan.

...

The standard definition of “talk” means communication through the spoken word.

Applying that definition, the evidence in this case establishes that Mr. Danchenko’s answer was literally true.
