On tax evasion not by suing him. A for effort on your part though. Ness got Capone because he was clearly a lot smarter that the imbeciles who have been trying to get trump. I love how only trumps intelligence is called into question. Trump's evaded every attack over six years and I agree he is no genius so that can't be the issue. Maybe it's a combo of stupidity and incompetence.

Trump was warned by close friends in 2016 that if he pushed forward with his quest for the Presidency that he would face a lot more scrutiny than desired.

The nutjobs will declare Donnie innocent and that the Jews/Libs/Blacks forced him to falsify information on his loans.

Disagreed. Like his friend OJ, hiring fancy lawyers is not the same as knowing how to manipulate the legal system. If Trump was so smart, he’d have continued to take the advice of his lawyers. Instead, as he aged, Trump took to only hiring lawyers who agreed with his fantasies.

Now look where he is. Everything he’s being charged with or investigated for has been by his own design.

I disagree, Trump has a history of manuplation of the justice system. While he hires good lawyers he has always went with his gut feelings. His system is simple throw enough road blocks and most suits will go away. But he really misread the NY AG's determination to bring him to justice.

If he can't be sent to prison, he and his criminal family, Jr., Eric, Ivanka, Jarod, and fat donny himself, paying damages for their crimes for the rest of their life.. I'd be fine with that.

I sure wish the DoJ would "pull the trigger". I'm getting a little impatient now. There's plenty of evidence now.. I'm starting to think that Garland was a big mistake. We need someone, not partisan, but with balls. I wish Pelosi was the AG. Fat donny would be in jail by now.
