The investigation determined that Ms. Babbitt was among a mob of people that entered the Capitol building and gained access to a hallway outside “Speaker’s Lobby,” which leads to the Chamber of the U.S. House of Representatives. At the time, the USCP was evacuating Members from the Chamber, which the mob was trying to enter from multiple doorways. Three officers positioned themselves between the doors and the mob. Members of the mob attempted to break through the doors by striking them and breaking the glass with their hands, flagpoles, helmets, and other objects. Three USCP officers positioned outside the doors were forced to evacuate. As members of the mob continued to strike the glass doors, Ms. Babbitt attempted to climb through one of the doors where glass was broken out. An officer inside the Speaker’s Lobby fired one round from his service pistol, striking Ms. Babbitt in the left shoulder, causing her to fall back from the doorway and onto the floor.

The investigation revealed no evidence to establish beyond a reasonable doubt that the officer willfully committed a violation of 18 U.S.C. § 242. Yup, sounds like the only cop doing his job that day! It certainly shows that if you want to overrun our capitol and take over the country you probably won't have to worry about many of the cops assigned to protect our leaders. Seems most of them were afraid to pull their guns and use them.

Yet, it's the Democrats acting like the Fascists trying to take over all government with their censure, media propagandists, attempts to demean the Supreme Court or stack it with ideologues, efforts to jail their political opponents, change election laws to favor them and pretend that the current President doesn't have serious mental issues and should be article 25d. :palm:

No, it was not a "democratic riot". It was not insinuated by or caused by any democrat. Someone outwardly not condemning someone in a riot is hardly like standing on your fucking pulpit and screaming to "go get the motherfuckers" and starting one! It also has no republican ex-president vowing to pardon all the fucking criminals sitting in jail convicted of their crimes there either.

No, those riots were not perpetrated by democrats for their party like Jan 6th was solely a political riot by republican rioters, only a dumbfuck Trump Nazi tries to conclude there is any similarity between the two.
