the original wording, along with NUMEROUS founders commentaries. That 'militia' is the entire people, minus a few elected individuals. I know YOUR thought is that it only applies while serving in a government regulated entity, but it is the absolute height of stupidity to believe that the framers would only assume that right to arms to government after having won a war against their last government that believed the same thing.

if you're saying that the courts are too political, i'll agree with you. I've been telling this board that same thing for years. But that fault lies within the DNC and RNC. BOTH parties.
It can NEVER be accepted as political if it advances freedom, liberty, and individual rights. This ruling in the OP is exactly that....it promotes freedom.

you should try using reason, then. I've NEVER said a stop sign was unconstitutional. IN FACT, every STATE Constitution gives that state entity POWER to regulate roadways, such as stop signs, speed limits, lanes, directions, etc.
