This month's inflation surged due to Pedo Joe's drunken sailor spending this year.

You cannot spend your way out of a recession as FDR demonstrated about a century ago and Obama discovered when he tried playing that broken record again.

The president does not give Social Security cost of living adjustments. They are based on the consumer price index (CPI).

why are the COLA formulas different between SS and welfare ? why would a president sign legislation that favored one demographic over another ?

Yes I realize Biden did not sign the current formula into law but he did participate as a senator from Delaware.

The SNAP benefits are based on food factors and SS is based on CPI. Congress also gets an automatic COLA but they have voted not to accept it since 2009.
