The last 20 or so words bans promotion of discrimination based on race or sex!! AA certainly does that. I'm sure they didn't intend that but there it is.

Ain't capitalism great? Private businesses can make their own rules. If you don't like PayPal there are many other services. Be careful, some have been having problems.

You are confusing AA with anti-discrimination civil rights laws.

That is not what affirmative action is. Civil rights legislation prohibits discrimination based on certain traits (more than race and sex) and only applies in certain situations (public accommodations) for businesses over a certain size.

Applicants may be seeking admission to an educational program or looking for professional employment.

The new rule has nothing to do with affirmative action. It deals with discrimination and hatred.

That's not the issue and you know it. Paypal says they will fine people who promote discrimination based on traits like race and sex. That means they have to fine people for promoting affirmative action. I'm sure they didn't want to say that but they did. THINK
