He will announce, but it’s only to be able to continue to raise money. I predict he will stay in, but lose the primary. I think DeSantis, Haley and Christie will challenge him.

Agreed Trump is likely to announce, both for money and the adulation. Disagreed he'll go to the end. He has a severe phobia of being seen as a loser.

He's more likely to drop out with an excuse that slathers himself in glory and heroism.

The price to DeSantis may very well be graciously and very publicly accepting Trump's endorsement, letting Trump speak (rant) at the Convention and then play kingmaker from the sidelines.

EDIT; Haley or Christie are more likely to be Ron's VPs.

He has to go till the end, he thinks it affords him protection from prosecution. It will be interesting to see if he’s indicted for any of his many crimes.
