It's obvious New Yorkers should be housing them in their guest rooms.I don't believe we have many actual Christians on JPP.

So dumb. You should feel bad about it.

Well, AOC ran Amazon out of her district for wanting to bring over a thousand jobs in. You'd think she'd be all for having a thousand or two of unemployable mentally ill, drug addicts, criminals, and other scum living on the streets there...
1. Off topic.
2. You leave out the FACT that she was acting upon the wishes of her constituents, who pointed out that Amazon was NOT going to be giving comparable jobs to the small business owners it would displace.
3. you repeat a Trump/MAGA generalization that you cannot prove or corroborate. Also, there is a difference between asylum seekers and those deported for criminal offense. Let us know when you have proof of what you assert.
https://trendingpolitics.com/aoc-receives-shocking-polling-numbers-from-her-own-district/Many of the people that were polled were also very upset with her action to destroy the Amazon deal which would have brought thousands and thousands of jobs to New York City.
https://townhall.com/tipsheet/bethb...oc-faces-trouble-in-her-own-district-n2548423Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) may be the progressive left's favorite new Congresswoman, but according to a new poll released by Stop The AOC PAC, her constituents aren't fond of her.
The group walked throughout New York's 14th Congressional District, which covers Queens and the Bronx. They knocked on 10,556 doors and spoke to 22,546 voters. They discovered that:
• 58.2 percent of those surveyed were unfamiliar with Ocasio-Cortez.
• 50.8 percent of those surveyed had an unfavorable opinion of AOC.
• 56. 6 percent of those surveyed said they were unsure if Ocasio-Cortez had their district's best interest at heart.
• 33.4 percent of those surveyed said they would oppose AOC running for reelection next year.

Why should ExpresLane feel bad about Occasional-Cortex being so dumb?
Actually, her district was mostly pissed she ran Amazon off...

You do have a penchant for depending wholly upon right wing noise makers like Brietbart (a confirmed liar and criminal). Most of your sites "stats" do not give a source, and those that do are myopic in general (nationwide favorability by one poll is off topic).
Here's what you don't want to deal with:
What's True
Rep. Ocasio-Cortez was a vocal opponent of Amazon's opening a second headquarters in Queens, New York City.
What's False
Ocasio-Cortez was not the sole force behind Amazon's withdrawing their plan to open a site in New York City, and many other public officials and residents opposed the plan as well. Long Island City, where HQ2 was slated to be located, is also not in her district.

AOC was concerned about the area because it is prone to flooding and lacks easy access to public transportation. Her concerns seem reasonable to me.
They were moved to a better place, the mayor listened. Have a nice evening.Bullshit!
They are putting them in a parking lot on the outskirts. You fucking fraud.

So, your response is an ad hominem attacking the sources I provided then giving two dubious ones yourself.
Snopes' claim is disingenuous. What they do is essentially a Mote and Bailey fallacy. Snopes takes the original claim and inserts the word "solely" into their answer. No, she wasn't solely responsible for Amazon bailing, but as a member of Congress she played a significant part in that happening. Snopes downplays that in favor of saying there were others involved and that AOC wasn't solely responsible.
That is a classic use of the Mote and Bailey fallacy, substituting a harder to defend position for the more modest one in order to refute the claim that AOC ran Amazon off. For all intents, she was a major factor in that occurring and the position that she was one of the primary reasons, if not the only primary reason, Amazon left is reasonably arguable as true. That makes Snopes position indefensible.
As for your second choice, Licpost, this an interview with AOC where she is defending her actions. That has no bearing on the question at hand since AOC is, of course, going to justify her own actions in as positive a light a possible without critical review.
