Members of the media renewed their anger against billionaire tech mogul Elon Musk on Tuesday after reports showed him closing his deal to officially buy Twitter.

Fox Business reported Twitter intended to close the deal for Musk’s $44 billion acquisition of the social media company at $54.20 per share, the original offer Musk made in April. Shares from Twitter stock quickly soared after the announcement which also received approval from Twitter shareholders.

Reporters and journalists, however, expressed doubts and even fears about Musk’s purchase.

NBC News reporter Ben Collins notably penned a lengthy Twitter thread describing how Musk’s Twitter purchase could affect the 2022 midterm elections...........

No doubt the fact Musk was going to lose the lawsuit against him in court was instrumental in him, once again, flip-flopping on buying Twitter.

Not a Twitter fan since I consider all major users to be Twits, but I support Musk's right to buy Twitter and for Twitter's present owners to sell it to him. Let the cards fall where they may.

FWIW, I'm looking forward to Musk allowing Trump and Jones to run rampant on Twitter. Should be very entertaining. LOL

While some people with ASD identify as having Asperger’s syndrome, the American Psychiatric Association’s Diagnostic and Statistical Manual, Fifth Edition (DSM-5) removed the subtype in 2013.

As a result, autistic people who would have once received an Asperger’s diagnosis are now diagnosed with ASD.

This change, as well as Musk’s announcement, has created controversy within the autism community.
