Vladimir Putin's nuclear sabre-rattling was debunked by a Russian MP who revealed he would only deploy that type of weapon if the country came under attack.

Vladimir Putin renewed his nuclear threat at a Kremlin ceremony on Friday, warning he would defend the newly annexed Ukrainian territories "with all our strength and all our means" in another escalatory move. Ukrainian intelligence has since revised the threat of Russia using nuclear weapons to "very high". But a member of the State Duma, Russia's lower chamber, toned down the threat of nuclear war, dealing a blow to Putin's sabre-rattling.

No doubt the war goes badly for Russia.
But if you really want to know what is going on.
You are NOT going to find out through the MSM.

They know dick.
They just post whatever their viewers want to read/hear/see.
And most of them want to see Ukraine kick Russia's ass.
So, that is what they post.

Tom Clancy (for example) said over and over how AWFUL the MSM was at covering military subjects.

Putin annexed portions of Ukraine so he could say they were part of Russia and he could threaten to use nukes to protect them.

Posting what "viewers" want to see is what happens on right wing internet web sites where about half the members of this forum get their "news". The reports from the three sites you listed are consistent with much of what is
being reported in the MSM, where journalism still has its home.

And they base this ENTIRELY on but two sources.
1) a retired, Moldovan, career diplomat (hardly unbiased).
And 2) a retired US General.
Who worked/works for CEPA.
A known, neocon think tank that is BIG on NATO.

And they offer ZERO information to question these two.
Both sources are ridiculously biased.
And they add ZERO hard facts to back them up.
NOTHING.

What a blatant, pro-war, pro-panic people, piece of 'news' garbage.
Written PURELY to raise their readership.

That is NOT, balanced journalism.



Anyone who gets their news from the MSM?
Has NO IDEA what is going on in the world.
They only know what the MSM want them to hear...which will most raise their ratings/viewers/circulation.

Where do you suppose graduates of Columbia School of Journalism go, where Pulitzer prizes go, where overseas subscriptions to educated readers go? It's not to The Daily Caller.

By the way, cherry picking is the mark of a little mind. You easily qualify.

according to published reported months ago aRussian depot IN RUSSIA was bombed.
so that came under attack bar has been met.
