The Constitution does not stipulate an age, had it been 21, the shooter would not have been able to buy a weapon at 18.

False analogy. In both, the shooter hit multiple victims. In one versus the other, the difference was in the shooter's aim. That has ZERO to do with gun laws.

Obviously, Pres. Trump wanted a secure border, and Plugs, Harris and the rest of the white libs do not.

In Uvalde, the shooter used a semiautomatic assault style weapon and the police found at least seven 30 round magazines.
In Oakland, the shooters used handguns and are restricted to 10 round magazines.
And you want to claim the only difference was the shooter's aim?

Given that the Va Tech shooter had the most victims of any school shooting and used a pair of handguns, ... you have no point.

How do you know that? Are you psychotic... err, psychic, or something? They haven't caught the shooters in the Oakland incident and didn't recover firearms.
 
I spoke with a good buddy today who's wife works closely with the Mayor of Oakland so he's tied into everything happening in the City. I was hoping he would have more insight into the shooting but he didn't beyond what's already been reported. He did comment/complain about the number of shootings in Oakland this year (it's been really bad). He's pissed off at some of the City Council members who were big backers of defunding the police and now complain that Oakland doesn't have enough police on the streets, because they don't. (Funny how that works)

It's reported the shooting was gang related. Were these a*holes just a bad aim and only hit innocent people? Or did they just go scorched earth and shoot at everyone hoping their targets would be hit? My buddy didn't know. Sad.

Wouldn’t they be able to determine the weapons used by shell casings? Bullets in victims if not too damaged?

Only the caliber of the weapon. For example, if the shooter(s) used common 9mm parabellum. Those can be fired from any of hundreds of firearms, including one of these...

If bullets are recovered, all they tell you is what kind of bullet was being fired and mostly to entirely, nothing about the weapon that fired them. You certainly couldn't tell what size magazine the shooter(s) was using unless these were recovered at the site. If there were no casings at the shooting site, you would be able to surmise that it was likely because the shooter used a revolver and didn't reload.
