So, the 18 year old being able to buy a gun and use it the next day had nothing to do with Uvalde?false equivalence. two things allowed 21 people to die during that shooting and not one of them was a TX gun law, moron.

The Constitution does not stipulate an age, had it been 21, the shooter would not have been able to buy a weapon at 18.take that up with the US Constitution, 2nd Amendment. why do you hate rights? and NO, Uvalde falls squarely on the local police chief in charge.
No one died in that shooting?
Was that a result of strict gun laws? Texas with its loose gun laws saw 21 people die during a school shooting.

Whoosh…That's right. Would you have been happier if a 21 year old murdered the children?
I don't think ANYONE should be allowed to own firearms because I don't think anyone has enough personal responsibility to safely own their weapons.
When 200,000 guns DON'T go missing every year, then I think I'd be comfortable easing gun laws.
But that's a mighty big hill for your "very fine people" to climb, and I'm 100% confident you can't meet that standard.
Why did Trump let all that fentanyl in the country when he was President?
Because Trump never seized these amounts at the border that Biden has, and fentanyl has been in the country since at least 2016.
So what gives?
????
Are you confessing to something?
When they are sex trafficked, you won't even let them get an abortion.
False analogy. In both, the shooter hit multiple victims. In one versus the other, the difference was in the shooter's aim. That has ZERO to do with gun laws.
lot's of minorities in New York City and Los Angeles but they don't seem to be skewing the overall statewide homicide statistics to levels seen in Missouri.
So your logic is that black people in Red states are to
blame for high murder rates in those states, and white people in Red states are massively depressed and suicidal, explaining the extremely high gun mortality in those states
In Uvalde, the shooter used a semiautomatic assault style weapon and the police found at least seven 30 round magazines.
In Oakland, the shooters used handguns and are restricted to 10 round magazines.
And you want to claim the only difference was the shooter's aim?

Sadist

Wouldn’t they be able to determine the weapons used by shell casings? Bullets in victims if not too damaged? How do you know that? Are you psychotic... err, psychic, or something? They haven't caught the shooters in the Oakland incident and didn't recover firearms.
