It is a red state, but city was the criteria and I was incorrect. I can admit when I’m wrong, I read the information wrong. No big deal, I don’t pretend to know everything, not even close and I make mistakes!

No, prob. It's weird that people don't see the state government is there for a reason. You don't elect governors to sit on a throne, point and cities and just say, "clean up your act!". They provide funding and training.

It's similar to the water issues Jackson, MS is having. Trolls on this site think Jackson is like an island in the middle of nowhere. It's the CAPITOL of MS!

Anyway... just ranting.

Yep. But saying defund was just handing the idiots an issue they shouldn't have. Changing the duties and responsibilities of police departments is the goal. Fewer traffic stops, more community outreach. Sounds better than 'defund the police'

It sure did! I’d cringe every time I heard it replayed. I knew they’d run with it. All the no votes on bills by Trumpublicans, we know better now, which party doesn’t support police, first responders, etc.
