because they went off the deep end over this without thinking so they try to divert when there is nowhere to divert to.
It's never been a question of whether he took documents home while serving office. How can that not be clear?
His problem is he has been out of office since January 20, 2021 but still had the documents, in his basement, about 1,000 of them and when asked to return them lied that he had them. And some of the documents were not only classified but have been identified by the Defense Department as containing the nation's most sensitive national security secrets. Now the man wants you to believe that the danger of exposing these secrets by keeping them in an unsecured location is erased because he declassified them.
I get it that Trump's supporters are dumbbells where he's concerned and accept as good and true whatever he tells them is good and true, but this seems it should strain even that level of devotion.

The only thing interesting about him is his claim to be a Christian....because he never does anything even remotely Christian but almost always Satanic.

Yeah, PmP and TA Gardner are the twumptards on this forum who show at least low levels of intelligence and the ability to debate. The others.. Great point. Notice how no one will say in court that the "documents were declassified". They learned their lesson from when that poor little lawyer certified twump returned all the docs. Poor thing's gonna get disbarred for that.
Chief Gardner was once intelligent and sane. He'd have to be in order to serve in Rickover's Navy. Age, radiation and who knows what else have broken him.
It depends; if the lawyer certified something they knew or should have known wasn't true, then yes. If the lawyer testifies in court that Trump himself told him so, then maybe not.
Not a lawyer, but that's my understanding of the situation. This is why I think Trump's own lawyers will end up rolling over on him. Ooooh, the irony. LOL
Trump has left so many bodies in his wake - loyalists he's either cheated or sent to prison. I just felt sorry for that lawyer because she was so young. I hope she just gets off with a warning.
A judge may take that into account...as long as she comes clean.
Notice that Trump had to go Lawyer Shopping due to 1) his habit of stiffing lawyers and 2) having such a shitty case.

I know.. it's hilarious. I heard some of his attorney's "credentials", I think one was a HVAC safety lawyer or some shit. He's scaping the barrel alright.
