When did she promise Federal charges? Saying you are turning over evidence, doesn't mean the feds will charge him in the next day. They will do their own investigation. The most likely outcome will be a civil suit to recover taxes.
Why? If his property valuations were overstated, his lenders are remiss and he paid too much in taxes. Sounds like Trump is due for a massive rebate.

But since you can't read more than a sentence or two I will explain it.
Trump overstated the value of items (property) he donated to charity. Then used that overvaluation to write off as charitable giving on his Federal taxes. Trump is due for a massive tax bill not a rebate. The only question is whether the Feds will see it as an honest mistake and only bill him for the tax and interest or whether they will see it as tax fraud and charge him with a crime.

Well it comes down to this, either the lending institutions or the IRS are not doing their job.
Are the police to blame if someone robs a bank? Failure to stop a crime is not the the fault of the people responsible for investigating crime. People cheat on their taxes all the time. Most people get away with it. It doesn't make the cheating legal nor does it absolve Trump from a crime if he cheated on his taxes.
And you are an idiot. But that doesn't mean the IRS or lending institutions aren't doing their jobs. Fraud is a crime because it isn't always readily visible even to those whose job it is to try to prevent fraud.
If I am required to tell a bank my net worth as part of a loan covenant and I own a home which I tell the bank it is valued at $3M but I don't tell them I have signed a contract to sell the home for $1M which is less than the appraised value that is fraud. I have increased my net worth by $2M when I know that the home is not worth $3M to me but is really only worth $1M. How is the bank supposed to know that I have already agreed to sell the home for $2M less than what I claim is available to secure my loan? As long as I don't default on the loan, the bank may never find out. That still doesn't make what I did not fraud.
The problem you and all the other idiots have in arguing that the bank has appraised the property is that you fail to understand how Trump has personally guaranteed some of his loans. As part of that personal guarantee he is supposed to inform the bank truthfully about his net worth. It's one thing to say, Zillow says my home is worth $3M but the taxing authority says it's only worth $2M and I then tell the bank my home is worth the $3M. At that point you are using a reasonable estimate from another authority. It's something else to say my home is worth $3M when I have already signed a contract to sell it for $1M.

That should cause the Trump organization some bucks. Don't they have a lot of shell companies which operate in NY? They would have to create new shell companies with different boards under the myriads of shell companies on which they are board members. OR they would have to divest control of those companies.

How many chickens could a chicken chuck chock if a chicken chuck could chock chickens?
My understanding is that Trump has created a different LLC for each piece of property. They aren't shell companies. They are actual companies. It is an attempt to keep each piece of property legally separate from the others so one bankruptcy doesn't affect any of the others. Where this becomes a problem for Trump is that reporting seems to indicate that banks figured this out and started requiring that he personally guarantee the loans rather than just the LLC being responsible.
Also, he and his criminal kids fraudulently undervalued assets in order to give the trump organization tax breaks.
The kids actually had to go to "traffic school" about how to run a charity after that
