The trump team has already offered to settle, and was immediately turned down. This level of fraud does not get settled out of court.

Good question to be directed to the IRS and Justice where they are both receiving criminal referrals. Donnie seems to have a habit of having his properties appraised, but then ignoring those appraisals and making up whatever number suits his interest at the time.

His biggest mistake will have been running for president. Without that decision he could have continued to lie, cheat, and steal without being in the public spotlight. Now his crimes, are an open book.
