Clinton abused the power of his office over an employee. He would have been fired in most companies for doing the same thing. He is as bad as Harvey Weinstein. He abused his position.

But Tripp’s legacy is frozen in time: a big, brash caricature of a woman with bad highlights and questionable motives. That won't fly for a New York second. Kafkatrapping won't support her case in the least. However, her being on record--repeatedly--as out to get Trump is and that's going to really hit her credibility hard. The IRS has audited Trump's taxes continuously for years. Who knows more about tax records: IRS auditors or a lawyer with a liberal arts degree in political science who never took an accounting course in her life?

Who is the party harmed? Unless she can demonstrate actual financial loss--and the banks and such she's claiming were harmed were paid off in full--she's got nothing. Doesn't matter one iota what Trump claimed. See the case of Fife Symington and ex-governor of Arizona and real estate developer for example. She's got nothing.
