When a company is incorporated in a state they agree to follow certain rules. If they don't follow the rules the state can dissolve the company in a civil action. It is not criminal.

None of that is possible in a civil suit.
It is criminal for any State to dissolve a corporation without due process of law. A civil action does not have authority to dissolve a corporation.

Not only is he looking at a civil suit in NY, but criminal referrals to the Justice Dept and IRS. Thats the icing on the cake on top of his current issue with stolen documents sitting in his MAL office and the criminal investigation ongoing in GA. The man has a whole lot of pain on his plate.
