At this point Trump has two defenses, which are equally bad. First that all of those documents were declassified, which he cannot prove, or that he was unaware the documents were at MAL. Either of these defenses are losing arguments.

The doctrine of executive implied declassification is well known....

Ben Franklin wrote on it extensively.

Trump cannot prove that any of these documents were declassified. That is exactly why his lawyers refuse to enter it as a defense.

What a totally ignorant statement. If what you say was true, then in future years, no one would ever know what documents were or were not classified. In effect everything would be declassified.

Now since the judge asked trump to prove the documents were declassified, there has to be a method to do so. Your comment is totallyBS.

This is a civil lawsuit. Are you sure you are a lawyer because you don't seem to know even the basics of burden of proof in a civil lawsuit.
