They took these refugees in, fed them, got them legal representation and quickly jumped into action finding them housing, food and jobs. They welcomed these people into their communities.


A sadistic Governor desperate for more power sent these refugees there as a kind of sick joke, victimizing these people by making no arrangements for their arrival or care...
