Why hasn't this teacher been fired?

I don't. They have one of the most fucked up public school systems in the US right behind Chicago--probably the most fucked up--with California competing in a race to the bottom with them.

No doubt. Why do you constantly seek to override the 10th Amendment?....or do you just like to bitch about other people's business? Do you spy on your neighbors and complain about their garden gnomes not being the correct color?

This isn't about the 10th Amendment so much as it is about compulsory state education. After all, the 10th reserves things to "the people" too...

State's Rights, sailor.

Depends. Most of the time, I think it's accurate but with a political spin put on it. That is, the facts presented--such as they are--are accurate but the talking head(s) then spin them with inaccurate context to present them in the worst possible light.

With this teacher, you get the video and unless you can show it was tampered with in some way, it is what it is and you can ignore any context that the presenters make.

This video could be 100% accurate and if true this teacher should be fired. But there's a reason you even addressed the source in your OP and that's because they have put out previous content/videos that were edited or false. We all know the 'fool me once...' adage.

I'll offer another analogy although it's a little more broad. We've seen multiple instances of Jessie Smollett type fake claims of racial hatred/discrimination. The next person who makes a similar claim could be telling the absolute 100% truth. But do you think there are people who hear the next story that will think to themselves "I'm going to wait until there is more collaborating evidence based on past history before coming to a conclusion here?" Would you tell those people they are wrong to think that way and they should automatically believe any claim? If Al Sharpton accuses someone of racism would your response be "don't question Al Sharpton, believe what he says without hearing anything further?"

It's fucking New York City, home to the biggest fucking douchebags in America. Yes, even more than California.

Why do Trumpers favor Federal laws to control the States? Big Brother is a RWer.

That is nothing but a Mote and Bailey fallacy. My original claim still stands. The source is being attacked, not the content. What you do here is substitute past cases where the content was found fallacious and try to make the argument that because those cases were fallacious, this case is. That won't fly. You have to show this case is fallacious.

I'll restate what I previously said then give you the last word. This video could be 100% accurate. But when a group has shown itself to doctor and present false footage previously it's very understandable, IMO, that one might wait until further investigation is done to verify this is accurate.

If it is accurate, she shouldn't be teaching.

Then investigate further and find out if it is or not. Otherwise I can agree with the above. I will add, that there are some here who have automatically dismissed the video as fake, or whatever based solely on the source.

This teacher spends her time teaching students to violently protest instead of teaching them anything useful like, math, English, science, or whatever her subject matter is supposed to be. Given she teaches at a New York middle school, that means she's also a union member in a union that has done nothing about this either. Hell, they probably applaud her...

If there is a reason to doubt the efficacy of public education in America, here is a perfect example.

Fire this bitch, and do it today!

Oh, as a note: I'm betting the usual suspects on the Left here will attack the source without ever making a single attempt to defend the teacher's actions. That just shows how unable they are to defend the actions of one of their own when exposed.

I doubt anyone on this forum is on the school board.

"Throw bricks and kneel in protest"?

How can they be doing both of those things at the same time?
