It's their religion. Remember when the RWNJs whined that allowing gay marriage would force churches to marry gays? Note the irony of forcing a religious institution to accept something against their religion. LOL
Better to use incentives. Enforce the religious tax codes...which go largely unenforced because of the fucking Evangelistas.
