A man dressed in tactical gear fired nearly 200 rounds around a Phoenix hotel on Aug. 28. Two people were killed and others were injured.

PHOENIX — The Phoenix Police Department has released new security footage documenting a shooting rampage that killed two people and wounded others near 26th Avenue and Deer Valley Road.

Isaiah Williams, 24, allegedly dressed himself in tactical gear and fired up to 200 rounds around a Phoenix hotel before dying by suicide, police say.

On the night of Aug. 28, Williams walked around the hotel and began firing randomly at bystanders and throwing Molotov cocktails.

A truly random active shooter with weapons and body armor and there is little to no national TV news coverage?

I wonder who Isaiah Williams is. He is not white thats for sure!

200 rounds? That means he changed magazines repeatedly while continuing to fire. So much for large capacity magazine bans...

200 rounds and only two kills? Obviously he never heard the one shot, one kill theory...of course I only apply it to fucking pedo Nazis and other fucking scumbags. LOL

Could be because he didn't want to be easily caught. Had he done it at, say, the mall, he'd have been stopped, if not blasted into oblivion.

He committed suicide. Not a licensed shrink, but my first guess is he was fucking nuts. :)

"Officers responding to the scene found the gunman had died by suicide, Cole said.

Cole did not identify a motive, but said the shooter, Isaiah Williams, 24, appeared to be firing "randomly" at buildings and cars in and around the parking lot."
