Looks like Trump isn't finished with vengeance lawsuits
Former President Donald Trump said Wednesday he intends to sue CNN and "other media outlets" that reported he was wrong to suggest there was widespread fraud in the 2020 presidential election, despite repeatedly losing cases in the past concerning his false claims of election fraud.

A U.S. judge has dismissed Donald Trump's lawsuit against his 2016 rival Hillary Clinton, saying the former Republican president's allegations that Democrats tried to
rig that election by linking his campaign to Russia was an attempt to "flaunt" political grievances that did not belong in court, and hinted that his attorneys could be penalized for bringing the case.
The judge said the evidence did not show any reason why Trump should be entitled to any of the relief he sought, and he cited a federal rule authorizing sanctions against lawyers who filed claims that aren't supported by evidence or existing law.

Indeed. Notice how when a ruling goes their way it's righteous, but when it doesn't it's "legislating from the bench" by "activist judges"? Notice the resounding silence from the Reichwing over the recent Roe v Wade decision? That's coming to bite them in the ass this November. This week, Michigan's Supreme Court ruled that two popular ballot measures -- one protecting the right to abortion and another expanding voting rights -- can appear on the Nov. ballot. As you might have guessed, the (R)s have been viciously fighting to keep both issues off the ballot.
Rather than red-blue states, the U.S. is rapidly becoming Fascist States vs Free States. I am proud to live in one of the latter.
I hope his lawyers get slapped with some hefty fines.
When you sleep with pigs, you will wake-up smelling like one.
I am sure you believe that it should be illegal to say "mean things" about trump, but the same Constitution that allows him to be a nasty jackass allow people to say the truth about him.

And then the court delivers this rejoinder to the argument made by Trump's lawyers.According to Plaintiff, the fact that
Defendants conveyed information that “led to the dissemination of false information within
Florida” combined with the fact that they “knew that Florida is a state in the United States which
was an important one” is sufficient to confer jurisdiction over Defendants
Knowledge that Florida is a state in the United States does not equate to knowledge that Defendants’ actions will have
consequences in Florida.
Good for Michigan.
I read recently that in new PA voter registrations, women are outnumbering men 60% to 40%.

Yeah.. it's kind of hard to claim you were damaged politically when you won the election.Plaintiff does not
plausibly allege that any supposed falsehoods actually damaged his political career: as Plaintiff
knows, he—not Defendant Clinton—won the 2016 presidential election.
So what's your point????????????
She won. Aren't you proud?
Won what???
