A U.S. judge has dismissed Donald Trump's lawsuit against his 2016 rival Hillary Clinton, saying the former Republican president's allegations that Democrats tried to
rig that election by linking his campaign to Russia was an attempt to "flaunt" political grievances that did not belong in court, and hinted that his attorneys could be penalized for bringing the case.

The judge said the evidence did not show any reason why Trump should be entitled to any of the relief he sought, and he cited a federal rule authorizing sanctions against lawyers who filed claims that aren't supported by evidence or existing law.

One might as well sue Trump for alleging - on no evidence - that "Democrats" perpetrated a massive fraud in 2020. I wouldn't recommend it, though.

Will he pay his lawyers if they get "penalized"?

If the Lawyer had any common sense, he would have gotten his money in advance.

That's because our judiciary is just as corrupt as the illegitimate Biden junta, this political activist posing as a judge was appointed by Clinton and should have recused himself for conflicts of interest.

"Corrupt" = "doesn't rule the way I want them to rule." :rofl2:

Lets just allow judges appointed by republican presidents! Is that better?

:crybaby::crybaby::crybaby::crybaby::crybaby::crybaby::crybaby::crybaby::crybaby::crybaby::crybaby::crybaby::crybaby::crybaby::crybaby::crybaby::crybaby:

This is the typical MAGA-tard whining reply.

So, should all Trump appointed judges recuse themselves from any matter that involves Trump? Yes or no?

This is exactly why rich people need to pay a higher tax rate. They constantly overwhelm our legal, judicial, and administrative systems with frivolous law suits.

I have never been involved in a lawsuit or civil suit in my life.

Trump has probably been involved in thousands.

How many lawyers have ruined their careers for Donald Trump?

Out of over 3500 frivolous lawsuits he has filed in his lifetime?

Is there even another criminally insane idiot in America that has filed for Bankruptcy 6 times- Leaving workers, companies, and investors holding the bag for Billions of dollars?

Donald Trump is a human stain on our Justice System!

Donald Trump ruins everything he touches!

These MAGA-tards are rather transparent.

Indeed. Notice how when a ruling goes their way it's righteous, but when it doesn't it's "legislating from the bench" by "activist judges"? Notice the resounding silence from the Reichwing over the recent Roe v Wade decision? That's coming to bite them in the ass this November. This week, Michigan's Supreme Court ruled that two popular ballot measures -- one protecting the right to abortion and another expanding voting rights -- can appear on the Nov. ballot. As you might have guessed, the (R)s have been viciously fighting to keep both issues off the ballot.

Rather than red-blue states, the U.S. is rapidly becoming Fascist States vs Free States. I am proud to live in one of the latter.

I do believe that you're right, it's a tactic he has used to bully others with.

When a certain group imposes their ideology on others, they're the only ones who are free.
