Obamas, Bidens reunite at White House for official portrait unveiling 4m ago

Former President Barack Obama and former first lady Michelle Obama returned to the White House Wednesday, reuniting with now President Joe Biden and first lady Jill Biden to unveil their official portraits and introduce the artists behind them -- a closely-held secret in Washington after an unusually long wait for their reveal.

Trump will be dressed in an orange jump suit for his portrait. Unfortunately he will be unable to attend.

Michelle Obama gave a great speech... I have yet to see trump ever make a great speech. he is mostly nasty, divisive, and angry.

National surveys of historians consistently rank Obama in the top tier of American presidents, as high as tenth or twelfth best president in history.

My theory on why historians are judging Obama to be a top tier president in American history:

He saved the nation from a Second Great Republican Depression

He made America respectable again among allies and on the world stage.

He put the kibosh on the presumption that government was the problem not the solution, and ended a 30 year consensus about minimalist, lassaize faire government
