That's not a single event you numbnuts. I don't see Fox News and all the right-wing media reporting all the local crime across the country either. No sane person would expect them to because it's dime a dozen and would take forever to report. Then you'd bitch about nothing else being covered.

You're dumb enough of course for it not to have penetrated that guns facilitate suicide just as they facilitate the shooting of others. Guns make for a quick, impulsive way out. The argument that in the absence of guns people would hang themselves, for example, is as unthinking as the argument that if guns weren't available people would kill just as often but with knives, etc. The largest society we are most like is England, which has about half the annual suicide rate we have.
