They didn’t overload with Democrats. The breakdown was about the same as it is nationally, 34 percent Democrat, 31 percent Republican. People who follow politics without their heads up their ass tend to know that. More tellingly than the party breakdown, the breakdown between conservatives and liberals was 38 percent conservative to 30 percent liberal. And, yes Earl, if it makes you feel better, one day of the WSJ poll preceded your poll and seven days of the WSJ polling were made after it.

The raid by the Federal Bureau of Investigation on former President Donald Trump’s home has damaged the agency's standing with Republican and independent voters, according to a new poll, which found that a majority agree with the idea that it has become 'Biden's Gestapo.'

The search of Mar-a-Lago has emboldened Trump supporters and generated a wave of donations to the former president's political organizations.

And close allies including Steve Bannon have used the public platforms to compare the FBI with Hitler's Gestapo or East Germany's brutal secret police force, the Stasi.

In a new survey, Rasmussen Reports asked 1000 likely voters whether they agreed with Trump loyalist Roger Stone, who last year said the FBI had become President Joe Biden's 'personal Gestapo.'

At the time he said it, some 46 percent of voters agreed with that assessment.

Now, some 53 percent of voters agree - including 34 percent, who strongly agree.

The numbers divide along party lines. Seventy-six percent of Republicans agree with Stone while 57 percent of Democrats disagree.

In 2017, Wikipedia banned the Daily Mail as an ‘unreliable’ source. When it comes to sourcing information, they use minimal hyperlinked sourcing and sourcing to themselves. Further, a Reuters institute survey found that 26% of respondents trust their news coverage and 47% do not, ranking them #11 in trust of the major UK news providers. In general, most stories favor the right; however, the Daily Mail will report either side of the story is sensational enough.
 
The FBi was formed during the Theodore Roosevelt Administration specifically to be the American Gestapo.
That was the whole point.

Why are people suddenly bothered by it now?

Simple. People want it to be THEIR Gestapo.
When the other side has it, then they complain.

And the Judge needed the photo right. They could have just given an oral description the Judge did not need a staged photo.. The FBI included the photo because they knew the press would run with. And they were right that is exactly what the press did.

As between a one day poll and a many day poll in which one day of polling was taken the same day as the one day poll, one day of polling was taken the day before, and seven days of polling made on successive days after the one day poll, think again - which poll would qualify as the more recent?

True. One day of that nine day poll was concurrent. Also concurrent with your thinking, such as it is, that when a crumb is all you can get, a crumb you take.

So few words, so many untruths in your post.
1. The judge asked for a list and evidence of what was taken.
2. The photo was an evidence photo taken at the time the box was collected. If the FBI was doing its job they took pictures of the contents of every box. It was not a staged photo.
3. The FBI didn't include any photo in any filing. The DoJ is the organization that does court fillings.
4. The DoJ actually asked for the filings to be sealed.
5. The court requires written filings before oral arguments are heard.
6. The only reason this filing even occurred is because Trump filed with the court demanding a special master.

There is a very clear cut process Trump had to follow to de-classify documents and he failed to follow it.

The president de-classified them so they were no longer top secret and dangerous to national security.

Hillary actually had top secret documents that were NOT de-classified and you found nothing wrong with that. Those documents were subpoenaed before she bleach cleaned her hard drive. She actually did obstruct justice.
