What conclusions can you come to when stolen top-secret documents are found in a drawer with passports? The warrant allowed the FBI to seize anything found alongside top-secret documents, that is because conclusions can be drawn based on such evidence.

I’m sure there are a couple of options as to why these documents were kept together? Let’s see if you people can come up with a few of them.
