Biden delivered the sort of nationalistic, rabble rousing, speech tinpot dictators--fascist and communist alike--and assorted other radical Leftists in power would when faced with the threat of losing power. It was empty rhetoric that amounted to You are either with us or against us... It was peppered with empty slogans and platitudes, not amounting to a thing. But this is typical of the Left. An over-the-top speech about how you have to be in awe and fealty to the regime in power else terrible things will happen to you.
