So new we will not have to take the word the proven, corrupt liars of the Demthug gestapo DOJ/FBI.. who created the Russia Lies Sedition, blocked the Hunter Biden probe ,and helped Hillary Clinton DESTROY EVIDENCE, on what was REALLY TAKEN from Trump's home.

They are pissing themselves realizing that Americans will very likely by shown the utter lack reason for the raid, or should I say the REAL REASON: TO TRY TO SEIZE AND DESTROY RUSSIA LIES SEDITION EVIDENC AGAINST THEM

A federal judge in Florida told the Justice Department on Saturday said it was her “preliminary intent” to appoint a special master in the case.

Trump’s lawyers this week asked for the appointment of an independent special master to review the records taken from Mar-a-Lago and identify any that may be protected by executive privilege.

U.S. District Judge Aileen Cannon signaled that she’s inclined to grant the request.




A federal judge in Florida told the Justice Department on Saturday to provide her with more specific information about the classified records removed from former President Donald Trump’s Florida estate and said it was her “preliminary intent” to appoint a special master in the case.

The two-page order from U.S. District Judge Aileen Cannon signals that she’s inclined to grant a request from Trump’s lawyers, who this week asked for the appointment of an independent special master to review the records taken from Mar-a-Lago and identify any that may be protected by executive privilege.

The judge scheduled a Thursday hearing to discuss the matter further. A special master is often a former judge.

Cannon also directed the Justice Department to file under seal with her more detailed descriptions of the material taken from Trump’s property. The former president’s lawyers have complained that investigators did not disclose enough information to them about what specific documents were removed when agents executed a search warrant on Aug. 8 to look for classified documents.

Just as it didn't work out in partially exposing the affidavit. Trump, through his lawyers, is repeating that mistake. These tactics would work for Trump if the FBI didn't have good reasons for the search. Since it did have good reasons, the more Trump compels disclosure, the guiltier he causes himself to look while the FBI happily sits back and lets Trump do some of the work for them. Meanwhile, dipshit supporters like the OP who started this thread, jump aboard the train heading for the cliff.

As usual, "copy and paste" is totally clueless regarding the procedure, he probably thinks Trump is going to have Sean Hannity appointed as the "Special Master," and when he isn't, will cry like hell the whole process is rigged, "deep state" conspiracy, or whatever scenario Fox sells at the time

The FBI has run away from nothing. The classified status of some documents was reported and some observers noted that certain nuclear information can be included under that classification. Unlike the blabbermouth and his foolish representatives the FBI has kept its silence and its cool.

no. nuclear classification is "Restricted Data" (RD) or "Formerly Restricted Data" (FRD)
nothing the FBI lists have those codes.

Mostly irrelevant....the Revolution has had weeks to look everything over.....the only impact this will have is maybe on what can be used to nail Trumps hide to the wall in court as retribution for his refusal to comply with the dictates of the Failed Elite Class.

Why didn't Trump give up the classified documents when asked by the Archives? Why did he have classified documents if he wasn't President anymore?
