The Washington Examiner are not polling experts so far as I know, they simply regurgitate what the polling experts tell them, which might well be lies given how poorly the polling industry has performed for over a decade.
The Washington Examiner is a conservative newspaper that carries a conservative leaning polling service which is the same poll carried by newsmax and Breitbart and RealClear Politics.

Democrats have appeared to transcend talk about Biden, while Republicans can't get the orange-headed monkey off their backs.
