Did not watch the video; much prefer text. WSJ has been documenting China's myriad economic problems. So have other respected business media sources. This is not good news for the U.S., which depends a lot on Chinese products.

Chinese products are crap. They can make good stuff, but choose not to. In the automotive parts world, they have really damaged the industry. Especially restoration parts, because you can't tell where it's made most times, even after the part is delivered. I went through 4 sets of lifters several years ago, from four different brands, before I got a set that worked.

Like the pro Socialism, Democrat party, ... the CCP wants to show that capitalism is a failure.

the fascism is the failure part.

the government was HELPING the corporations bubblecraft by not enforcing delivery dates for presold homes.

captalism can fail without adequate checks on corporations and it becomes fascism.

corporations are not innately moral, resonsible, or competent.

that's some libertarian brainwash juice.

plus they use human slavery.

all chinese products should be disallowed 100% until they change their views on freedom and expression.

boycotts, bans, and tariffs are all part of international trade, but evil people seek to create a morality free zone on earth, and so call slavery "free trade".

Interesting. In fascism, corporations are PINO, private in name only. The CEOs serve the State under the threats of death, imprisonment, and bankruptcy.

Our own social media and silicon giants bent the knee to the DemSoc party, ... under the threat of removal of Section 230 immunity, ... and interfered with the 2020 election.

The Chinese have a housing glut. There are many towns that were built that are still empty.

Capitalism can become oligarchy, not fascism, IMO. We are seeing signs of a Silicon Valley oligarchy.

That is not a libertarian plank that I am aware of. Laws enforcing Fair competition help to keep corporations competitive, ... and those competitive market forces help keep them "moral, responsible and competent", ... and providing the people with what they want.

Democrats look to the Chinese for inspiration.
