Court cases on point that the President as chief executive is free to set priorities and enforce as he sees fit, much like how Trump, for example, absolutely refused to enforce federal marijuana law. (Rightfully so in my opinion). You just don’t like how he set the priorities, but that’s the president md prerogative.
