Was reading a relative of mine's military orders the other day, was 1 rank lower than what Dutch claims to be..

In it it says "You are to take command of the fleet" ..

Now there's no way the military is stupid enough to put a petty, snitching, bitchy little bitchman like Dutch in a position of power like that.

Especially pre-Obama.
