t has everything to do with the conduct of business. Not only will the man testify to this crime, but he will testify to every crime he knows has been committed by this company and its owner. To not testify truthfully will mean a very long prison sentence.

The CFO does not make policy but carries out the wishes of the owner. If he is guilty of a crime, most likely he was instructed to do it, by the owner.

When the CFO is on the witness stand, he will answer truthfully ever question asked by the prosecutors. This man did not anything without the direction and approval of trump. Wait and see
 
Trump must be pretty stupid to not be aware his CFO was paying illegal tax free perks to senior employees of his company.

ROFLMAO.. The Trump Company goes to trial this fall. Weiselberg has agreed to testify against the company. I am curious how the company can go on trial for a felony and it has nothing to do with the conduct of the business.

Clearly the company run by Trump is going to trial for crimes. The question remains, is Trump aware of everything that goes on the company he personally runs or he is oblivious to the theft by employees that goes on in the company he runs? Much of the tax case revolves around Weisselberg and the Trump company avoiding taxes by writing off the "gifts" as business expenses and thus trying to hide compensation for employees.
