Half is women and they commit almost no violent crime (murder)

So 6% is black men. But black men in their 55 and up commit almost no violent crime. Same can be said of toddlers through 8 years old. That is about half of the black male population.

So 3% of the population are committing 52% of all homicides in America ...THATS A PROBLEM
