I think the FBI should bring the passports back, say, "here Mr. President, but hey! But first, let us fix that safe we broke and we'll put your passports in for you for safe keeping!" And then put the passports in there, change the safe combination and don't give the combination to trump.

Hey, they DID return the passports. You cannot argue with that :)
