The most hilarious part? Trump made mishandling government docs a felony in 2018

Well I don't make broad declarations about myself that aren't measured against any kind of standard.

You call yourself an "average American"...OK, what is average about you? Because if voting is the standard, then you are most definitely NOT the average American.

You didn't offer any standard by which you determined you act in good faith other than your pronouncement. You don't seem so inclined to allow others to do the same. Again off topic.

Well don't change gears on me now. You claimed I wasn't an average "Anerican", which is what I claimed, because I wasnt in the majority of voters who voted for Biden.

My standard is that I don't make shit up about myself to bridge the credibility gap that exists in my argument; I don't rely on unverifiable personal anecdotes to carry my arguments for me when empirical data doesn't corroborate any of it. I don't need to create imaginary people or circumstances to give my arguments credibility either. In fact, I don't talk about myself much at all...mostly because if I did, it wouldn't be fair to you or any of the brain-dead loudmouths that populate JPP. I don't have the need to do any of that because my arguments can stand on their sources alone.

So that's the standard I'm using for good faith debating.

You said you were an "average American", and I would like to know what standard that declaration has been measured against.

Yes I did. You used voting as a standard which fails on it's face as it's unidimensional. On any one dimension we likely all fall short. On a wider number of dimensions it's likely more of us are average.

Well you really have no evidence to support the claim that you don't make stuff up. This format doesn't allow you to actually provide evidence so that's a limitation of the format. I'm left having to take your word for it. Also calling me a "brain dead loudmouth" isn't a practice of a good faith participant.

Well don't change gears on me now

You're the one changing gears and coming up with the bullshit excuse that what we're talking about is somehow off topic when you are the one who got us there.

You said you're the "average American" and instead of providing any sort of standard that led you to that conclusion, you tried to distract by questioning my standards without explaining your own.

THAT IS BAD FAITH.

You claimed I wasn't an average "Anerican"

I claimed that because you offered no standards by which you measured yourself to be the average American.

You just said you were the average American and you expect the authority you gave yourself to be the reason why you don't have to, you know, prove it.

So just like how you demanded I provide you with my standards for good faith, I'm demanding you provide me with your standards for an "average American"...and it can't be your subjective judgment.

Why would he not be charged?

Because I think ultimately they will find nothing. I'm not sure which thread it's on but someone posted an article that noted the National Archive arranged to have the files sent to trump.

But beyond that in all honesty I don't think any politician ever will be made to suffer the actual pains of their wrongdoings. They have too much power and money and influence. In my opinion that's true for both parties.

You're an asshole all the time. It just gets worse when you attempt to communicate.

No I communicate fine with people who aren't acting like asshole. We are all capable of that but when you stop behaving like one I'll stop treating you like one.
