Judge Who Authorized MAL Search Previously Recused Self from Trump-Clinton Lawsuit

Trump's lawsuit accuses Clinton, Democrat allies and current and former government officials of engaging in a racketeering conspiracy to falsely portray Trump as colluding with Russia during the 2016 election. The sweeping nature of the suit involves numerous parties and public figures.

The recusal filing emerges as numerous media reports have surfaced about the magistrate's prior work, including donations before he was judge to President Barack Obama and Jeb Bush and work for figures associated with the late sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.

The Daily Wire also raised questions about Reinhart's impartiality toward Trump, reporting that in a 2017 Facebook social post — a year before he was named a magistrate — he challenged the 45th president's moral character after Trump attacked the late Rep. John Lewis, a civil rights icon.

I have his address I wonder what the fascist DOJ/FBI would do if I doxxed him like the infanticidal demons doxxed the Supreme Court justices.

Sure, sure. Because trump is a lily white, honest and is actually loved by 95% of the country so there is no way he’s guilty. It has to be a frame up. Just like what he told you before the election. The only way he could lose was if Biden cheated. Right teach?? You believe trump won because he told you so?

ROTFLMFAO!!! Man you are a sucker.
Again, I'm not sure where you get these ideas of yours...Not from any of my posts, as usual... And that's retired teach, btw...;) (I think you need to make the ROTFLMAO you're signature...then you don't have to keep retyping it every time...;))

the question is extreme predjudice by the judge with his prior recusal on the Trump/Clinton lawsuit
as well as the writings on social media by the judge..

What documents?

The National Archives said Friday that documents former President Donald Trump removed from the White House in early 2021 included classified national security information and that it has contacted the Department of Justice about the matter.

The agency "has identified items marked as classified national security information within the boxes" that Trump stored at his Mar-a-Lago estate in Palm Beach. Fla., the National Archives and Records Administration said in a letter to Rep, Carolyn Maloney, D-N.Y.

The letter – signed by David S. Ferriero, the national archivist – also said that "because NARA identified classified information in the boxes, NARA staff has been in communication with the Department of Justice."

Every single item that he has already returned or had the FBI retrieve them.

And at most you send a subpoena, it's not illegal for the President to work from a second home and he can't be prosecuted for mishandling classified documents as he has the plenary power to declassify anything he wants, this was a political power play from an unelected illegitimate authoritarian police state.

You don't raid the former Presidents (and future favored candidate) home over the national archives act at most you send a subpoena so go goosestep off a fucking cliff.

These were taken, while he was leaving office, so it had nothing to do with working from a second home.
There is no record that any of these documents we declassified, but regardless, it is illegal to remove them from the WH, for national security reasons.

Surely you have better excuses

A lame duck President still works but you're right we know what documents the FBI gestapo were after IE a copy of the spygate dossier that the treasonous swine at the DOJ/FBI still won't release after redaction on direct orders from Trump.

The President can't violate classified materials legislation you fucking retard. He is the authority on classified materials there is no process for the President all he has to do is say *poof it's declassified*.

It was obvious that our government didn't trust trump with a subpoena. Its obvious to them, that had that subpoena been issued, many or all of these docs would have disappeared. Trump cant be trusted with anything.

It took them nine hours to retrieve 15 boxes? The camera footage should be interesting....
