Why wont TRUMP post the warrant?

The FBI is not allowed to make the warrant public, but they were required to give it to a representative of Trump at Mar-A-Lago....

So, if he is the victim of government prosecutorial abuse, why not post it so we can all see?

Not familiar with protocol. Is the FBI required to give a print copy of every search warrant to the owner of the home?

It would be so ironic if this warrant had nothing to do with documents in Florida, and dealt with something else entirely.

The owner or a representative of the home, if noone is there, they must leave the document in a visible location.
 
Its been less than 24 hours. Wouldn't it be more correct to say why hasn't Trump posted the warrant not why won't he post the warrant. I feel confident we will see it eventually.

Because it would expose his lie about the reason for the legal criminal investigation search.

Eventually, like when the investigation is concluded and the FBI is allowed to make it public... then but its to incriminating for Trump to release it himself.

It is required to describe the evidence against him.

Naww this is much to do about nothing. It's just another attempt to stop him from running in 2024. I doubt much will come out of it in the long run.

If it was the Democrat conspiracy the right would like people to believe it is all then it is a lie, Democrats want Trump to run in 2024, in fact, they even want Trump all over the 2022 elections

He was quick enough to post news of the raid. He actually broke the story.

Second question: When will Trump post the inventory? The FBI is required to leave behind an inventory list of everything they take away.

Yes. At least on TV they hand it to the occupant of the space being searched. On TV, when it's a rich guy being searched, the warrant is usually handed to the occupant's criminal defense attorney.

Except we know a federal judge has found that Trump was hiding documents that contain evidence of a crime. Otherwise the warrant wouldn't have been issued.
 
I have never seen a warrant publicized by the target. I suspect that there is a legal reason for that.

That was the question asked on The News Hour this evening, by a former DOJ official from the Obama administration?!! He said, Trump has the warrant, let the people know what's on it?!!
