LOL, he is pretty funny. You learned the sleeper hold and the arm bar on the first day of BJJ. It's like telling me he knows the 'crane technique'. There isn't a more basic kick in any martial art. I have a fourth degree black belt in Kung Fu, but sparring is a whole different ball game. My favorite part of Kung Fu is weapons and sparring. Matt is a walking case of overactive male macho with nothing to back it up. I've invited many a keyboard commando to Diamond Nationals. Not one has showed. They know they'd be embarrassed. Matt is no different.
