If Trump goes to jail, it's because the party in power invented a crime to stop competition and is corrupt to the core.

It's not like a supermajority of Americans don't already know they were disenfranchised when Democrats cheated the 2020 election. The party had nothing to do with this. A Trump appointed FBI director went to a Trump appointed judge and legally obtained a search warrant because they proved that there was probable cause to believe that evidence of a crime was at the property. Obama, Holder and Clinton are not in jail because they have not been charged with a crime. Deal with it, Sheriff Woody.

No to both, when you are President. The President is the ultimate authority on what is classified and what is not. A President on a whim can declassify anything or everything. So, if Trump chose to take some personal papers and other documents with him when he left, he could just as every other President before him could and did.
