Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy and other notable Republicans are promising retribution for the raid at Mar-A-Lago yesterday. They have no information yet on the reasons presented to the federal judge who authorized the FBI to occupy and search the premises, nor are they conditioning their threats on the absence of lawful reasons. Trump, according to them, is untouchable.

It is disgusting that McCarthy is attacking the legitimacy of the US government. Disgusting.

Every single one of them voted against a minimum tax on the biggest billion dollar corporations of 15%. They are the pawns of greed.

And they also voted against a cap on insulin prices. Free child care. Common sense gun control. Measures to battle climate change. Laws that would allow abortions when the mothers life is in danger. They are on the wrong side of every single issue. And they are morally bereft.

And they claimed to be against taking care of vets injured by burn pits. Finally, something they went too far on and had to backtrack.
