He is part of the public. Makes no difference if he checks the DUI logs or not as long as he has the right to do it. And we don't know if she will even be charged with a DUI yet.

He doesn't have that right.

He has a right to expect laws to be upheld, a right to see that no man or woman is above the law. He has a right to know that public roads are relatively safe including proper monitoring of drivers.

He doesn't have a right to know how many DUI's his neighbor has....and vice-versa. Win-Win! LOL
 
One thing to keep in mind is that she has now made herself unemployable in Hollywood, it would be impossible to get her insured now.

You might recall that this happened to Lindsay Lohan.

Man, this thread really shows how we are now. It's really sad.

She's had issues, and this is a terrible accident. Anyone remember the old adage that "if you can't say something nice...." Best wishes are all we should see, if anything.
