A desert climate is always a desert climate. A marine climate is always a marine climate. A rich climate is always a rich climate. There is no such thing as a global climate.
Climate has no temperature, no windspeed or direction, no time interval, no sky condition, no rainfall amount, no location, no value of any kind.
The Church of Global Warming uses the Holy Word 'climate change' as a meaningless chant.

It uses government guided capitalism to encourage more Earth-friendly choices.
And that is only logical. Capitalism doesn't care about humanity. Capitalism would never do anything to reduce emissions. It required government to nudge things in the desired direction.
