With all this persecution of alex jones, remember that even the FBI website says there were zero murders in newtown CT in 2012. Why didn't alex jones use this evidence in the lawsuit against him? I don't know but many people think he is controlled opposition and is playing a role for the govt.

The FBI never said that. The FBI did list the deaths in Sandy Hook under statewide deaths in the raw, because they were reported by the State Police. It was such a big event, that the State Police had to take the lead.

Texting Driver is a conspiracy theory post, but not a current event, so does not belong in "Current Events." If Jones had decided to bring up this claim in court, it could be a current event. Jones wisely decided not to call FBI agents as witnesses.
