The Week in Review

Our goal as humans is to find common ground despite government attempt to divide and conquer. What did Pelosi accomplish by going to Taiwan other than securing her legacy as a puppet for the war machine?

That is not our goal as humans. You have started with a completely false premise.

Then why are you so desperate to get rid of me? It's obvious by now that dems are the party of war, bank bailouts, prison-industrial complex, and illegal foreclosing on the working class. Dems spent the last 2.5 years doing the bidding of big pharma by trying to force vaccine mandates. History will not be kind to this authoritarianism.

So, you support Trump? I suspect you have no idea what is happening in the United States.

I'm not. You are just not talking about ANYTHING in the OP. You are just babbling. Suit yourself. And you are fucking insane. Again, suit yourself. Bye.

It's quite the stretch going from what I wrote to your wild claim that I support Trump. What was Pelosi doing in Tiawan other than instigating war with China?

Let's recap:

In a shocking move, Joe Manchin and Chuck Schumer announce a deal on a significant portion of Joe Biden's Build Back Better agenda. Kristen Sinema signs on to give the bill the 50 votes it needs to pass the Senate. The GOP throws a hissy fit at the expense of our Veterans.

Gas prices are falling, and inventories are causing steep price drops, indicating that inflation is being brought in check. Despite another increase in interest rates by the Fed, the market remains strong.

Donald Trump, the defacto leader of the GOP is facing an imminent indictment by DOJ. The continued revelations around Trumps criminal coup are being to impact the electorate

In Kansas, voters OVERWHELMINGLY rejected the partisan Supreme Court ruing overturning Roe v. Wade. The anger around the vast overreach by SCOTUS and the Republican party is also beginning to influence the electorate.

The GOP continues to nominate unelectable candidates in key swing states, turning an almost guaranteed GOP victory in the fall into a toss up.

The economy unexpectedly added 580,000 jobs, mitigating fears of a recession.

CPAC gives a standing ovation to a Nazi, driving home the point that the GOP is a white nationalist society.

A capitol rioter who entered the capitol with a weapon is sentenced to seven years in jail.

Alex Jones is busted for committing perjury, as his fortune slowly disappears to compensate the Sandy Hook Families.

The GOP is a dead party walking. I guess you fucktards started to celebrate a bit too soon.

GOD BLESS PRESIDENT BIDEN!!!

The US empire is hemorrhaging, Evince. It has nothing to do with party affiliation.

I don't believe that.

I've followed politics for 50 years. I remember the Watergate Hearings. Today's Republican Party is in shambles. I've never seen it so bad, even during Watergate trials. You've got an attempted coup which many Republicans in Congress supported. You've got Republican members of Congress rubbing shoulders with flagrant white supremacists. You've got Republican members of Congress like Marjorie Taylor Gazpacho, Josh Hawley, Paul Gosar, Ted Cruz, Louie Gohmert, Lauren Boebert, Jim Jordan tweeting radical, extremist rhetoric. I was a registered Republican for 40 years and left the party in 2008 after Bush Jr fucked up the economy and caused the mortgage crisis and 2009 recession. I am now a registered independent with no affiliation with either major party.

I didn't leave the Republican Party. The RepbuliQan party left me.

Fourteen years of QE proves that the US is in big trouble. We're out of bandaids and headed for another collapse. Dems and cons are equally to blame.

Every member of the GOP is complicit in treason. They have no bench. As far as I can see, the only serious candidate not touched by that is Nikki Haley. I wouldn't vote for DeSantis for dog catcher. He is polished at appealing to abject morons at the expense of governing. If you like him,,ee you and I have nothing to debate.

No, I saw Haily poo poohing the J6 committee and wanting to "move on". Fuck her.. just another political GOP opportunist.

This message is hidden because goat is on your ignore list.

The nutty conspiracy theories did it.

I don't believe that either. Did you study Economics in college? Do you have an advanced business degree? I didn't think so.
Thus, it's hard to give your opinion any credibility. Sure, we've had 14 years of QE but why now? Why are we in big trouble now and not five years ago?
Once again, you have zero basis for your opinion which is why I don't believe it. It's just a typical right wing scare tactic like all the others.

Young folk are tired of our gig economy. They want to own a home like every generation before them. Europe and Asia invest in infrastructure, the US creates monopoly money for the war machine.

He doesn't even understand what QE is or how it works. He read something on some whacked out right wing website. Not one of them has even a basic understanding of economics. I got my masters in economics. But the level of understanding here doesn't require an advanced degree. It's first grade stuff, and they STILL don't understand it.
