The United States is not so racist as many other countries but that does not mean we should not still strive to be better.

There are people that say “no”, because racism is typically a power structure thing. That the typical definition of racism is that one feels their race is superior to another. In this country, that really means white (probably even white male) over everyone else.

I believe racism is more than just that. That racists feel another race is more the opponent, or even the enemy. Or one which they have a disdain for So, yeah. I believe minorities can easily be racist.

Of course they are. Were they so desperate to get out that they found a way to pay modern day pirates to sneak them into the country and once they got there DEMAND they be allowed to stay? Or are they there because they can make their dollars stretch MUCH MUCH more then they could here at home?

Depends on how you define racism, but there is clearly racism from minorities when you enter a neighborhood or school or workplace that is dominated by a minority, thus it is the majority.

I experienced it when I was a teenager at various summer jobs, its tough to overcome.

I disagree, there is clearly systemic racism, just drive into many poor areas and notice the demographics.

That doesn't prove systemic racism. Name the systemic policy that requires those demographics to reside in "poor areas".

In the "poor area" of the city I grew up in there were hardly any blacks.
